Red
Klingensmith:Update: Many of you saw Red at the field this past week
and he plans to be there again on the 17th. He thoroughly enjoyed talking and
joking with everyone about softball, etc. This past weekend, his house was full
of kids, grandkids and great grandkids. There are still many rumors
floating around so here is the straight stuff. Red has been diagnosed with
cancer and has already begun a series of radiation treatments. He is able
to spend the time between treatments at home with family and will continue
radiation until December 22nd. He is NOT in hospice at this time as he is
continuing treatments.
Note
from Red’s family:To All Ball Players,

PS
Red would like everyone to know that if he gets emotional during a conversation,
to PLEASE give him time to compose himself.
