Bruce Brady was transported from Liberty Field to Del Webb Hospital after the last game on Thursday.  He was experiencing some weakness and difficulty responding to questions.  However, he was alert and responding well when transported, but will have things checked out at the hospital.  More info when available.  Your thoughts and prayers are appreciated.

Update 11/16/2007:  Bruce's wife Marlene reports that Bruce did have a stroke, diagnosed from a CT scan.  The scan also indicated that he has had TIA's in the past. There are no apparent after effects of the stroke.  Speech, mobility, etc. all appear in tact. They will be working with their doctors to determine the proper treatment for his condition. Several other tests have been ordered. Bruce wants to thank everyone for taking such good care of him. (Linda G)

Update 11/18/2007:  Bruce came home from the hospital on Saturday evening. He had a good night's sleep and was feeling pretty good on Sunday. He does have some driving restrictions and follow-up doctor visits.  (Linda G.)

Rachel Ott  underwent surgery on her ankle Thursday, 11/15.  Hubby Larry reports that she did amazingly well and may be ready to play again in as little as 3 weeks. She was actually at the field cheering on her teammates on Friday, only a day after the surgery.
