Odis (sorry for the previous mis-spelling) Hamilton suffered a knee injury during a game at Liberty field on 09/11. He was transported by ambulance to Del Webb Hospital where he underwent surgery Tuesday night. I spoke with him briefly Wednesday morning and he reported that "something that tore was re-connected". He did say he was doing okay, but had some pain. He was very pleased with the caring and interest from his fellow ball players.
Update: Odis is home and doing well and appreciates all the well wishes. He would like to make it back to the ball field, but there appears to be someone holding a stop sign at the door ! (L.Graham)
Roger Pribnow is scheduled for back surgery September 17, fusing lumbar vertabrae 1,4 and 5. Good luck to you, Roger.
Shirley Karras, wife of George, is home following a hip replacement. She is doing well and her visiting daughter reports she has already started physical therapy.
