Ray Durrer was hospitalized again this past Friday and is being treated for blood clots.  He is resting comfortably and still showing his crazy sense of humor.

Warren played in the National League until about 5 years ago. Thanks, Ray Keller, for letting us know about his passing.  He was one of the true “Old Timers”.  Cards can be sent to his wife at:

Sid Smith

1935 – 6/23/ 2009

From 1993 until Sid's health no longer allowed him to play ball in 2005, he preferred to play the "hot corner" in the National League.

A memorial will be Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 3:00 PM at the Golden Corral, Grand & Litchfield in Surprise.
